Which document type should I prepare?
Choose a quotation to present a proposal, a pro forma for a preliminary document, or a commercial document for a general presentation of items and amounts. Selecting a country identifies the document’s context; it does not enable a certified tax invoice or submission to an authority.
How are amounts calculated?
Each item combines quantity, unit price and a percentage discount. The discount is applied before the document’s general tax. Check the currency, decimal places, tax rate and label, as well as dates and payment terms. The app does not convert currencies or automatically determine the tax rate applicable to your transaction.
How do I save and share the result?
Review the document view before printing it or saving it as a PDF through your browser. You can also copy its text. Save a local draft or download the file to open later; the logo is not included in the draft and must be loaded again. The editor prepares the document in your browser. Optional site measurement is controlled separately. Keep your files in a suitable place and share only the version you have reviewed.
